Caption This! Photo Competition

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Caption This” Facebook Competition (“Competition”) run by Kenegie Manor Holiday Park (“Organizer”) from July 16st, 2024 to July 31st, 2024. The Competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of the Organizer, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization are not eligible to enter. To enter the Competition, participants must submit a caption for the designated image posted on the Kenegie Manor Holiday Park Facebook page. Entries must be submitted as a comment on the Competition Facebook post. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be unique. Entries must be the original work of the participant. Captions must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content. Kenegie Manor Holiday Park reserves the right to remove and disqualify any entries deemed inappropriate.

The Competition will run from 06:00 PM on July 16th, 2024, to 11:59 PM on July 31st, 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered. The winner will be chosen by a judge appointed by Kenegie Manor Holiday Park. Judging will be based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the image. The winner will be announced on the Kenegie Manor Holiday Park’s Facebook page within 7 days of the competition closing date.

The winner will receive a cream tea for two including 2 scones, 1 Cornish cream and 1 jar of jam waiting for them in their holiday accommodation upon arrival, or the prize will be sent to the winner via post.  The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Kenegie Manor Holiday Park reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice. The winner will be notified via a direct message on Facebook. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, Kenegie Manor Holiday Park reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By entering the Competition, participants grant Kenegie Manor Holiday Park a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their entry for any purpose connected with the Competition. Participants agree to have their name and entry shared on the Organizer’s social media channels, email marketing and website. Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of the Competition and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms at any time without prior notice. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
