Cornwall summer holidaysDiscover and explore or relax and unwind… the choice is yours!

Whether you’re planning a romantic break for you and your partner or are looking for the ideal destination for an extended family holiday, Kenegie Manor is the perfect place for your break away this summer.

And, while we may not be able to guarantee the weather (well, most of the time) we do ensure one thing… you’ll certainly never get bored! There’s so much to see and do nearby, from top family attractions to must-see tourist destination!

To help inspire you further, we’ve put together some of our guide to perfect Cornwall summer holidays…

Discover beautiful beaches: Nothing quite compares to the sensation of getting sand between your toes to make you feel like you’re finally on holiday, does it? And, if you’re something of a beach lover, then you’ll love Cornwall! The West Cornwall region is home to many stunning stretches of sand, most of which are not as busy as those on the north coast, meaning you can swim, surf or sunbathe in relative peace!

Hold on tight! Cornwall summer holidays aren’t complete without a visit to one of the region’s many top family attractions . Kenegie Manor is close to some of Cornwall’s finest attractions, from Flambards Theme Park, St Michael’s Mount and the Eden Project to Newquay Zoo, Land’s End and the National Maritime Museum – there’s something for children (and adults) of all ages!

Visit St Ives: There’s little wonder why so many people visit St Ives each year. With its narrow streets, art galleries and stunning sea front, it’s a fantastic place to spend the day. It is easily accessible by train, with its own branch line off the main Penzance to London line.

Surf’s up! West Cornwall is a great sport for surfers, with some amazing beaches that are great for catching some top surf! Sennen is one of our favourites and it is home to several local surf schools who will have you on a board and in the water in next to no time!

Enjoy food with a view: What better way to spend a summer’s evening than in a nice restaurant, enjoying a fantastic meal looking out on a glorious sea view? Why not head to Marazion and enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants looking out over St Michael’s Mount?

Lace up those walking boots! Cornwall really is the place for walkers! With dozens of miles of the South West Coastal Path to explore, you can put your best foot forward and drink in those amazing views! The Lizard Peninsula is also nearby and is a great spot for walking!
