I’ve been coming to Kenegie Manor for over 10 years, and it never disappoints. All the staff are always so friendly and helpful—special thanks to Eddie, Tracy, Christine and Matt, who go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Rest in peace Andy a warm spirit that will forever be missed. The manor has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and is a perfect place to relax. The pool and sauna are fantastic, and the facilities overall are excellent. Whether you’re staying for a short break or a longer holiday, it’s a really lovely place to stay. Highly recommend!

We booked a four night stay and the two units we booked were very good and everything was very clean and tidy, the prices for the stay were fantastic.

 

The site does have a clubhouse with a bar somewhere catering, there a little shop for basics you might have forgot and there’s a small pool. The bar is good the menu is limited but good enough to feed the family, they do some basic entertainment, but the whole venue looks to be run by three of four people that do everything! The pool is small and you need to book, it has a sauna room and limited changing facilities. Note the jacuzzi is more of a cold slash pool for the sauna.

 

We enjoyed our stay and its location is great for exploring the area. The accommodation prices are so good and as they are all privately owned they are nice would certainly recommend staying here.

Best Holiday Yet! 🙂

Kenegie Manor has been our best holiday yet! I was a little apprehensive on arrival, as I always am when staying somewhere new, but I needn’t have worried. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
We stayed in one of the barn conversions, which was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. As it was self-catering, we really enjoyed being able to relax and prepare our own meals at our own pace.
The on-site restaurant served us the most delicious afternoon tea, which was a real treat. I also found the honesty shop extremely useful for picking up essentials. It’s cash-only, but you can easily settle the payment at the bar if needed.
The site itself is peaceful, quiet, and very family-oriented. There are plenty of facilities to enjoy, including mini golf, tennis courts, and a fantastic swimming pool. The sauna was an added bonus and one that my husband particularly loved!
The grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention. The location is perfect too—close to Penzance, St Ives, and St Michael’s Mount, which is just down the hill.
This place is a hidden gem, and we will most definitely be returning.

Great quiet getaway

We were very impressed with our stay not knowing what to expect booking last minute with Hoseasons. We had a really nice clean, spacious and comfortable cottage. Good wifi so we could watch films as a family at night. Our dog normally struggles with holiday accommodations but quickly settled into this one. The site itself was very clean and quiet. We felt relaxed at all times not witnessing any antisocial behaviors.

 

The staff were hardworking and friendly. The lifeguard and whoever else responsible kept the pool water temperature and quality tip top. My partner normally opts to not swim on holidays feeling the water is cold and not good but we were all really happy with the whole pool area. As well as the sauna that was always great temperature and clean. Booking was also made easy.

 

The location was beautiful with plenty of things to do with the kids and our pet. Not much to offer in terms of evening entertainment compared to other holiday camps but that’s what we wanted. A relaxing fun quiet getaway.. but they really made and effort for the kids at the Halloween party they put on. We didn’t want to come home! We will definitely consider returning. Hopefully see you again!

The hidden gem of holiday parks

Booked a 3 night stay from 20-23 March 2026 and enjoyed every minute. The staff were friendly and helpful and the chalet was clean and comfortable. The food from The Forge is 1st rate. As a base of operations for a West Cornish holiday it is perfect, we will definately be returning.

Really friendly staff and a lovely quiet site

We stayed in a silver cottage, number 7 which has the lounge upstairs. Well equipped, very clean and staff were lovely. Food available most nights – check for when chef is absent. Range of activities for kids and swimming pool, although we didn’t make use of either. Good area for dog walking and lovely surroundings. Very close to Penzance, 3 main supermarkets and a number of beaches. Also close to other tourist attractions – St Michaels Mount, Paradise Park, St Ives and not too far from the Seal Sanctuary and Goonhilly Downs. We hadn’t been before, but had a lovely time with excellent value for money. We’re going back in October!

Lovely two weeks

Absolutely lovely place we have had a glorious two weeks in a bungalow (gold) very clean couldn’t ask for more. The food and service in the Old Forge bar is very good with a mixture of theme nights. The staff are very polite and friendly. Jo in the bar is very nice and polite and (cheeky). Already booked for next year.
