Our holiday barns sleep between 2 and 6 people, 2 bedrooms with double and/or twin beds. They also benefit from modern kitchens and appliances and the larger holiday barns have open-plan living and dining room areas.

Each barn conversion comes with its own parking space outside and the properties are just a few yards from our on-site facilities and amenities. The shop, bar and leisure facilities are all just around the corner from your accommodation – yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of other guests.
Visitors to our Cornwall holiday barns can also make the most of those warm Cornish evenings outside as all properties have outside patio areas or small garden, offering great views of our estate and the countryside beyond.
There are three property grades of barn conversions to choose from: Gold, Silver and Bronze – which depict the size and finish of the property (some properties may have twin bunk beds – please ask for details) Prices vary accordingly.
