Our indoor heated swimming pool, and Old Forge Restaurant is open to non-residents.
The fairest way to enable as many guests and locals as possible to use our facilities is to book a timed slot using our on-line portal. The portal will be available from 830am on the day you intend to use the pool only – you can not pre-book the day before.
Due to the size of the pool and the numbers that use this facility throughout the season, it would be both unsafe and unfair to attempt to run at normal capacity. We have therefore reduced the amount of numbers allowed in the pool at any one time to around 20 people.
How do I book a time slot for the pool ?
Pre-booking is essential.
It is so simple (even we could work out how to do it !) just click the below link from 830am on the day you wish to swim and book. Our times slots allow you 45minute or 50 minutes in the Pool Area (this is to include changing time so we recommend exiting 5-10 minutes before the end of the session)

Swimming pool & Sauna
Dive in to our popular splash pool, which is perfect for those wanting a swim or some family fun in the water. Or why not sit back, relax and unwind in our sauna afterwards treat yourself to PROPER COFFEE in the afternoons from the Old Forge Restaurant?
Escape the hustle bustle of Penzance or St Ives and come and enjoy a swim in our pool, which is open daily from 0905am-12.30pm and 2pm-6pm – 9 timed slots throughout the day.
Admission is £6.50 for adults and £3.95 for children aged 3-15. Children under 3 are FREE.
The Old Forge Club House
From all you can eat pizza to a classic pub grub and sweet treats from our dessert menu, we have something for everyone to enjoy at the The Old Forge. Join us every Wednesday for all you can eat pizza nights or delicious Cornish cream teas daily!
