Terms and conditions

Check In and Check Out: Keys are available from 4pm on arrival. Please hand in your keys by 9am on the day of departure.

Bed Linen: We provide bed linen in all accommodation free of charge but we do not supply towels. We ask that you bring your own towels.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome in selected Silver and Bronze accommodation at a charge of £49 per dog per week or £29 per dog for a short break, with a maximum of 2 pets per unit. Dogs will not be admitted onto the park unless advised and paid for in advance and this will be strictly monitored. Dogs must be supervised and kept on a lead at all times. Proof of payment will be required.  Well behaved dogs are allowed in the Clubhouse. Dogs must not be left unattended in accommodation if you are off site. Sorry, we do not allow any dangerous dog or breed listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. Pet charges are non refundable under any circumstances.

High Chairs and Cots: (with mattress) can be provided at £13 each per booking. Cot bedding is not supplied.

Electricity/Gas: Is free of charge. The charging of electric vehicles (apart from mobility scooters) is not permitted.

Car Parking: We allow one car per booking. If you are bringing a second car it must be with our prior written agreement and must only be parked in our main car parking area or overflow car park. We ask that all guests only use the allocated car parking space. For security reasons additional cars, trailers etc. must be booked in advance and will be strictly monitored.

Facilities: On site most facilities are available as stated but these may vary or be withdrawn according to availability, circumstances and demand. Outside peak season we run a reduced  programme. Occasionally we need to close or withdraw certain facilities (e.g. for health and safety or maintenance reasons beyond our control) and we are not liable if we do so.

Data Protection: We may allow reputable companies to write to you with offers which may be of interest. If you would prefer not to hear from them please advise us.

General: It is an express condition of booking that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, or damage to property, nor non-availability of accommodation or amenities due to circumstances beyond our control. Our brochure is printed long periods in advance so we must reserve the right to make improvements or alterations without notice. It is an express condition of booking that we will not be held responsible for any planned facility not being available through circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to alter or withdraw as might become necessary. In the interest of safety it might become necessary to limit the opening times of our swimming pool. We do not employ lifeguards, children and non swimmers must be accompanied by an adult swimmer at all times.  Kenegie Manor is a quiet holiday park and should any guests cause problems or inconvenience to other guests or staff, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the Park without refund. We reserve the right to turn down bookings, for example from people who, we feel, may spoil other guests’ enjoyment of the park If you decide to leave before the holiday end date, we are unable to offer you a refund. Your holiday booking is being made with McKinon Jardine Leisure Ltd in the capacity of agent for property owners on the Estate.

Wheelchairs and Disability and Special Requests: Not all of our accommodation is suitable for the disabled. If you or your party has any form of disability or important special requests, we ask that you DO NOT book online. Please call and ask for a special advisor who will be delighted to assist with booking.

Deposit: A deposit of £75 per week is required when your holiday is booked. Balance for rentals must reach us a clear 56 days before commencement of holidays. No reminders will be sent.

Accommodation: Please note all images on our website and marketing material are representative only and accommodation may vary from unit to unit. Much of our accommodation is privately owned and therefore the interior décor will be different in each property.  Our gradings are indicative of the age and recency of refurbishment of the unit. If for any reason you are unhappy with your accommodation, please report it to reception on the day of arrival as queries cannot be resolved once you have left the park.

Personal Possessions: You are responsible for your personal possessions while on park and we are not liable for any loss or damage to these. If you leave something behind, let us know as soon as you realise. We will do all we can to find and return it to you (a minimum administration charge of £25 shall apply which will need to be paid before any lost property is posted).

Use Of Your Holiday Home: The total number of people in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of your holiday home. We ask holiday makers to refrain from smoking in their accommodation, however we cannot guarantee smoke free accommodation.  At the end of your holiday you must leave your holiday home in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage to your holiday home during your stay and should any damage to your holiday home be sustained by a member of your party, we have the right to recover these costs from you, including any additional cleaning costs.

Prices and Offers: Are subject to change and correction if an error is spotted after the brochure goes to print. All offers have limited availability and can be withdrawn at any time.  In the unlikely event of this happening, you will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel your holiday. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All prices are current as of 1st December 2022 and are subject to change depending on market pressures and could increase or decrease. The price of your holiday is based on the price available at the time of booking and cannot be amended at a later date. The holiday price confirmed at the time of booking will be the final price you pay and will not change unless you make a change to the booking. Please claim any special offers, discounts, promotion codes at the time of booking as they cannot be applied at a later date. All discounts and special offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.

Brochure / Website Accuracy: We aim to ensure all brochure and website information is correct at the time of going to print/being published however we cannot accept responsibility for any errors. Photographs are intended as a guide only and accommodation and facilities may vary from those shown as they are not identical throughout all units or grades of accommodation.

Cancellation Plan: £30 per week – Free if you book before 30th April 2024. Must be requested at the time of booking. (Excess £75.00)  This protects you from being liable to the balance of the rental, should you be forced to cancel prior to your holiday because of serious injury, illness, death, jury service or redundancy (to yourself or any member of your party who is named at the time of booking).  If this can be substantiated by a doctors certificate, and  has arisen since you made the booking, then you will no longer be liable for the balance of the rental.  If the balance of the rental has been paid we guarantee to refund the balance. Deposits are non-refundable – if the holiday was paid in full at the time of booking, a figure equivalent to the published deposit will be deemed to be a booking fee and will be retained. One amendment to the booking can be made free of charge in excess of 14days prior to arrival The decision of McKinnon Jardine Leisure Ltd on all claims will be final.  To qualify you must notify us immediately in writing when the circumstances arise. The cover is only valid if such qualifying circumstances arise in excess of 14 days of arrival , only those persons due to come on holiday and named at the time of booking, will be covered by our Cancellation Plan.

Contact Us: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday please speak to the Park Reception who should be able to resolve your problems so that you can enjoy the remainder of your holiday. However, if you are still dissatisfied please see the Park Manager who will do everything they can to assist. If, at the end of your holiday, you still feel we have not dealt with any concerns to your satisfaction, please write to our Customer Services team at reception@kenegie-manor.co.uk within 28 days of the end of your holiday.
