Orchard Cottage (Barn 8) is one of our most popular Barn Conversions. It is a spacious, well appointed 2 bedroom granite built Barn Conversion which was converted in the 80’s from the Estate Barns.

This extremely well appointed property boasts two bedrooms (1 x twin and 1 x double) with a family bathroom.

It is located in a quiet and peaceful location and a short walk to all the facilities on-site and has parking for one car in the car park. (We have plenty of additional parking in the main car park a short walk away)

This granite built end of terrace property has two secluded sunny outside seating areas, one of which is not overlooked and ideal for an al-fresco meal after your days Cornish adventures.

On entering the property (first level) you will find a cosy country cottage style, open plan comfortable lounge.

On the second level there is a comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
