Here at Kenegie Manor, we have taken COVID19 extremely seriously. With a safety first approach we have made changes to the way we operate to keep everyone safe – while still allowing you, our guests, access to the facilities that you love in a fair way to all.
To make your swim with us totally safe and Covid-19 Secure, we have implemented three major changes, which are highlighted in more detail below:
Due to the size of the pool and the numbers that use this facility throughout the season, it would be both unsafe and unfair to attempt to run this at normal capacity. We have therefore reduced the amount of numbers allowed in the pool at any one time to around 12 people Due to social distancing, we’ve also had to take the decision to close the sauna and hot tub. Guests will also need to arrive ‘beach ready’
The fairest way to enable as many guests and locals as possible to use our facilities is to book a timed slot using our on-line portal.
The portal will be available from 8am on the day you intend to use the pool for residents (8.30am for locals) With the on-line portal you can book a time-slot if you are a resident with a valid pool pass and password, or book and pay for your time-slot if you are a local (welcome back !)

Please visit reception or the safety desk first BEFORE booking your time slot to obtain your facility passes and password for your party. If you are a local you can book to use the pool daily for the day you wish to use from 8-30am (8am resident)

PLEASE NOTE THE POOL COMPLEX IS CLOSED WEDNESDAYS
Our state of the art Hikvision Access terminal is integrated with fever screening technology and can quickly scan guests as they enter our leisure area – and will refuse those who are indicated to have a temperature, and therefore may be displaying potential Covid-19 symptoms.
We also require masks (unless exempt) to be worn in the club house building, but not in the pool complex.
