ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL AVAILABLE FROM 8AM  (8.30AM LOCALS) ON THE DAY YOU WISH TO SWIM 

 

Here at Kenegie Manor, we have taken COVID19 extremely seriously. With a safety first approach we have made changes to the way we operate to keep everyone safe – while still allowing you, our guests, access to the facilities that you love in a fair way to all.

To make your swim with us totally safe and Covid-19 Secure, we have implemented three major changes, which are highlighted in more detail below:

– The introduction of a new online booking portal and “time permits” for swimming.
– Reduced capacity in the pool at all times & closure of some facilities
– New technology to thermscreen all guests before allowing use of the pool

Due to the size of the pool and the numbers that use this facility throughout the season, it would be both unsafe and unfair to attempt to run this at normal capacity. We have therefore reduced the amount of numbers allowed in the pool at any one time to around 12 people  Due to social distancing, we’ve also had to take the decision to close the sauna and hot tub. Guests will also need to arrive ‘beach ready’

The fairest way to enable as many guests and locals as possible to use our facilities is to book a timed slot using our on-line portal.

The portal will be available from 8am on the day you intend to use the pool for residents (8.30am for locals)  With the on-line portal you can book a time-slot if you are a resident with a valid pool pass and password, or book and pay for your time-slot if you are a local (welcome back !)

YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK ONE “TIME PERMIT” PER PERSON SWIMMING

Please visit reception or the safety desk first BEFORE booking your time slot to obtain your facility passes and password for your party. If you are a local you can book to use the pool daily for the day you wish to use from 8-30am  (8am resident)

Our state of the art Hikvision Access terminal is integrated with fever screening technology and can quickly scan guests as they enter our leisure area – and will refuse those who are indicated to have a temperature, and therefore may be displaying potential Covid-19 symptoms.

We also require masks (unless exempt) to be worn in the club house building, but not in the pool complex.


Terms and Conditions

  1. All guests or locals  that enter the pool complex will require leisure passes or paid admission.
  2. All guests or leaseholders that enter the pool complex will require a booked time permit and reference.  This is ONLY bookable using this portal. NO PERMIT, NO SWIM, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. All guests to adhere to all social distancing guidelines and instructions from the staff (they are in place for your safety)

  5. CHANGING ROOMS are open from 24TH May 2021 but bear in mind the length of your swim and all guests must exit the pool complex and changing room by the expiry time on their time permit to allow cleaning and sanitisation routines to take place and not to hold up the incoming guests.  ALL GUESTS NEED TO ARRIVE BEACH READY.
  6. Latecomers will not be permitted access under any circumstances.
  7. One permit per person NOT per family.  There is NO poolside seating and everyone that enters the pool complex will require a permit.
  8. All guests and leaseholders to agree to have their temperature taken using contactless facial screening before entry and to sanitise their hands.
  9. We ask all guests to be patient, kind and respectful of other guests and staff. We operate a zero abuse policy.
  10. Facilities can be withdrawn at any time and without notice
  11. All guest and leaseholders to enjoy Kenegie Manor!
