Please arrive at least five minutes before the stated time of booking/swim with your booking confirmation.
Latecomers are only admitted at the discretion of the pool attendant/ or life guard.
Swimming slots are 45minutes and guests are to exit the pool area by the end of the allocated slot to enable the next session to arrive. Time extensions to allocated time slots are at the SOLE discretion of the life guard on duty, whose decision is final.
For the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests and leaseholders we ask that all members of your group the the time to familiarise yourself with some simple “house rules”
* Children under the age of 8 are to accompanied by a responsible swimming adult of at least 18 years of age who must remain in the pool with the minor at all times regardless of swimming ability.
* One adult may accompany up to 2 children under the age of 8
* Children under 5 must be accompanied on a 1:1 basis by a swimming adult who must remain in the pool with the minor at all times regardless of swimming ability.
* Children between 8 and 15 must prove their swimming competence to the pool duty attendant prior to swimming un-accompanied in the pool and by accompanied by a responsible swimming adult who must remain in the pool complex but not necessarily in the pool.
* Non swimmers are to be accompanied by a responsible swimmer (over 18) throughout their visit in the pool complex and the responsible swimmer must remain in the pool at all times with the non-swimmer.
* For reasons of safety and for the enjoyment of all our pool users, ball games, masks, snorkels and large inflatables are not permitted in the pool.
* Do not run around the poolside as the floors may be slippery.
* Children using armbands and other swimming aids must be constantly supervised.
* Please do not run, fight, bomb, duck or behave in such a way to cause a danger to yourselves or others using the pool.
* A strict NO DIVING policy operates in the pool complex.
* No glassware poolside.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome in the clubhouse and Old Forge Bar but not poolside. Dogs must be supervised and kept on a lead at all times. Proof of payment will be required. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the Clubhouse.. Sorry, we do not allow any dangerous dog or breed listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
Facilities: On site most facilities are available as stated but these may vary or be withdrawn according to availability, circumstances and demand. Outside peak season we run a reduced programme. Occasionally we need to close or withdraw certain facilities (e.g. for health and safety or maintenance reasons beyond our control) and we are not liable in excess of the paid visit price if any facility is withdrawn.
Data Protection: We may allow reputable companies to write to you with offers which may be of interest. If you would prefer not to hear from them please advise us.
General: It is an express condition of booking that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, or damage to property, nor non-availability of accommodation or amenities due to circumstances beyond our control. Our programme is compiled long periods in advance so we must reserve the right to make improvements or alterations without notice. It is an express condition of booking that we will not be held responsible for any planned facility not being available through circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to alter or withdraw as might become necessary. In the interest of safety it might become necessary to limit the opening times of our swimming pool. We do not employ lifeguards, children and non swimmers must be accompanied by an adult swimmer at all times. Kenegie Manor is a quiet holiday park and should any guests cause problems or inconvenience to other guests or staff, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the Park without refund. We reserve the right to turn down bookings, for example from people who, we feel, may spoil other guests’ enjoyment of the park If you decide to leave before the visit end time, we are unable to offer you a refund.
Wheelchairs, Disability and Special Requests: Not all of our accommodation is suitable for the disabled. If you or your party has any form of disability or important special requests, we ask that you DO NOT book online. Please call and ask for a special advisor who will be delighted to assist with booking.
Payment:- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Personal Possessions: You are responsible for your personal possessions while on park and we are not liable for any loss or damage to these. If you leave something behind, let us know as soon as you realise. We will do all we can to find and return it to you (a minimum administration charge of £25 shall apply which will need to be paid before any lost property is posted).
Accuracy: We aim to ensure all information is correct at the time of going to print/published online however we cannot accept responsibility for any errors. Photographs are intended as a guide only and accommodation and facilities may vary from those shown as they are not identical throughout all units or grades of accommodation.
Flexi Plan: £2.50 per booking – Must be added at the time of booking. Must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. If this option is chosen if will allow you to cancel the booking anytime up to the booked arrival time and obtain a full refund. All cancellations must be received in writing by email to reception@kenegie-manor.co.uk BEFORE the booked time. If the flexi plan is not taken it is accepted that is the flexi plan is not purchased then in the event of cancellation or no show, no refunds or amendments will be issued.
Contact Us: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your visit please speak to the Park Reception who should be able to resolve your problem so that you can enjoy the remainder of your visit. However, if you are still dissatisfied, please see the Park or Duty Manager who will do everything they can to assist. If, at the end of your visit, you still feel we have not dealt with any concerns to your satisfaction, please write to our Customer Services team at reception@kenegie-manor.co.uk within 7 days of the end of your visit/
Should you need to cancel you must contact us immediately.
