
Thank you for your booking with us! We are delighted to host you. We love that you would like to spend your family holiday here but you are receiving this message as your only gentle and polite reminder of our “NO NOISE AFTER 9PM” policy and our ZERO TOLERANCE policy to rude behaviour to our team.
We ask that you respect all guests and staff around you and be kind and as an inclusive park we have all guests to have a great stay and enjoy our quiet holiday park.
On check in you were shown the above leaflet and this was then placed in your welcome pack.
It is a strict site rule that we have a STRICTLY NO NOISE policy between 9pm – 9am. All noise MUST be kept to a minimum so that all fellow guests can be respected – some on which on the night before they depart need a good nights sleep to allow them to drive , sometimes, several hundred miles home safely and refreshed.
We take a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to anti-social and rude behaviour and according to our terms and conditions we have the absolute right to remove guests from Kenegie Manor immediately and terminate their holiday should guests cause problems or inconvenience to other guests without recourse or refund.
We apply our strictly no noise rule fairly and consistently and this message has been sent to you again with authorisation of Park Management.
The message has been sent as a gentle reminder from feedback of behaviour from your unit, we have received from other guests or staff and no further reminders will be sent.
We absolutely want you to enjoy your holiday and make amazing memories with your family and we love all our guests, but we need YOUR help to maintain our peaceful community.
