As well as our money-saving deals, there’s so many great reasons to come on holiday to Cornwall in March! Beat the queues at major attractions and avoid the traffic on the roads and you make the most of Cornwall at this quieter time of year.

And, just because it’s out of the summer season, it doesn’t mean there isn’t still plenty to see and do! Below are just some of the fantastic local events taking place in March…

St Piran’s Day Celebrations: Cornwall comes together to mark the day of it’s Patron Saint on March 5th 2017. Events will take place across the county, including in Falmouth, Redruth and Bodmin. There will also be the gathering on Perranporth Dunes and the ‘Trelawny Shout’ in pubs across Cornwall!

The World Pasty Championships will once again take place in Cornwall, held at the Eden Project. 2017 dates are yet to be confirmed but the event will guarantee some of the world’s best bakers (and amateurs) descending on Eden for the contest!
