Easter. It’s all about the chocolate, right? Just how many Easter eggs is it safe to consume in one sitting? It’s probably the one time of year that you – ahem, sorry, we mean your kids – are allowed to eat their own bodyweight in choccy goods…

But this time of year is also good for other reasons… Namely, visiting Cornwall on holiday! With the days getting longer and the nights (a little) lighter, there’s more time for exploring, adventuring and sight-seeing. And to make your stay with us that bit sweeter, you can save £100 on short breaks on selected dates during the Easter holidays. That might just cover your Easter egg budget…

Easter in Cornwall – what is there to see and do?

The simple answer to this question is… a lot! Here at Kenegie Manor, you can make the most of our on-park facilities. Dive in to our heated pool, enjoy a dip in the jacuzzi, relax in the sauna or test your sporting skills on our tennis court or golf putting green. You can also enjoy a tasty bite to eat in the Old Forge Bar or enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake…

Our park is surrounded by spectacular coastal scenery (with some of the best beaches in the land right on our doorstep), picturesque destinations (we challenge anyone not to fall in love with places like Porthleven, Cadgwith, Sennen and Porthcurno) and top family attractions such as Flambards Theme Park, Paradise Park, Minack Theatre and the iconic St Michael’s Mount.

And, if that wasn’t enough, there’s also a fantastic line-up of top Easter-themed events taking place nearby, including:

  • Easter Fun at Eden, 24th March – 15th April: Have you got the Eggs Factor? Come along to Eden’s Easter Eggstravaganza to find out! There are dozens of activities for the whole family to have a crack at this Easter, in their new three-week programme.
  • Eggstream Easter Weekend at Newquay Zoo, 30th March – 2nd April: Head over to Newquay Zoo this Easter for their Eggstreme Easter Egg Trail! Complete the Eggstreme Easter Egg Trail to claim your chocolate treat! You can also enjoy Creepy encounters – 2pm daily outside the tropical house; Turn your little ones into little animals with face painting in The Barn; Attend a talk and get your stamp to be entered into a special prize draw
  • Falmouth Spring Festival, 22nd March – 2nd April: As profiled on the BBC’s Great British Garden Revival programme, this wonderful early season festival brings together the Falmouth community like no other. The festival brings an explosion of colour, life and activity to the town.
  • Cornwall Spring Flower Show, April 7-8: Named by The Sunday Telegraph as one of the best flower shows to visit in the UK, this celebration of Cornwall’s rich garden heritage takes place in the magnificent grounds of Boconnoc House, and features show gardens, trade stands and competitive classes.
