Kitchen Assistant – Old Forge Bar

Due to our seasonal increase in business, we are looking for a fun and friendly hard-working Kitchen Assistance who has a genuine passion for hospitality and catering to work as part of a fun forward-thinking team for the peak 2024 Season

We are so excited and now ready to cater, host and look after our 20 000 odd guests that visit us each year.
In this role you will be operating commercial dishwashing equipment, cleaning and assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen area and supporting the front-of-house team in delivering excellent hospitality – and much much more in a fast-paced fun and friendly environment.

You will also have the opportunity to engage in a fully certificated training programme as such this is an ideal entry-level position in hospitality for someone with the same passion for delivering excellent cuisine and will have the opportunity, for the right candidate, to assist our chef on a commis basis. We will support you to develop your career in catering.
It is with this ethos that we have many thousands of regular guests that use Kenegie Manor as their base for their West Cornwall holidays.

Do you have a fun approach to work? Are you flexible and happy to work evenings and weekends? Do you have an eye for detail and can work alone or as part of a team? Do you drive? (We are located about half a mile outside Gulval so a car really is needed or can you demonstrate the ability to abe able to get home in the evenings) Are you reliable and trustworthy enjoy working for a fun team and are willing to learn from a highly experienced team?
