Kenegie ManorWhy choose Kenegie Manor in 2019?

Our Cornwall holiday park  is a popular choice… and it’s easy to see why! We strive to offer not only the best value holidays but the best possible holiday experiences to our guests. We’re constantly working to improve our offering and have been busy this year upgrading our WiFi coverage (which is free for those staying in our Gold & Platinum apartments). We’ve also created a new relaxation lounge in our Clubhouse – perfect for unwinding after a tough day out exploring Cornwall’s beautiful beaches, idyllic destinations and top family attractions…

So much to see and do in 2019!

Away from Cornwall’s natural beauty, the county also plays host to dozens of top local events which, in themselves, attract thousands of visitors each year. Some of favourites for the year ahead include:

  • Flora Day in Helston: During the day the main street and down towards the boating lake buzzes with many stalls selling local souvenirs, Cornish crafts and food and a big fairground and there’s a carnival atmosphere from dawn to well into the night.
  • Royal Cornwall Show, June No visit to Cornwall in early June is complete without a trip to the Royal Cornwall Show. Cornwall’s flagship event since 1793, the RCS gives a fantastic glimpse into Cornish life, with livestock judging, flowers, food, arts, crafts and hundreds of trade stands to visit.
  • Golowan FestivalOne of the biggest festivals in West Cornwall, the Golowan Festival in Penzance attracts big crowds! This is a community celebration of the traditional Feast of St. John and the festival has a packed programme of artists in celebration of music, performing arts & theatre.
  • The Lafrowda Festival is another popular event taking place nearby. This annual gathering celebrates community arts with twelve hours of free entertainment to suit every taste, with street performers, stalls, refreshments, bouncy castles and three spectacular processions.
