The swimming pool is open every day apart from saturdays and wednesdays and there is a lifeguard on duty at all times. You can book your swim on-line on the day you want to swim only from 8am with your unique code which will be given to you on check in. If you do not have a unique code to book please visit reception during their opening hours to obtain a code. If you are a local you can book your swimming session on-line at www.kenegie-manor.co.uk/bookaswim from 8 am on the day you want to swim.
The changing rooms are closed at the current time and are being refurbished. we do have toilets in the main clubhouse building.
For the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests and leaseholders we ask that all members of your group the the time to familiarise yourself with some simple “house rules”
* Children under the age of 8 are to accompanied by a responsible swimming adult of at least 18 years of age who must remain in the pool with the minor at all times regardless of swimming ability.
* One adult may accompany up to 2 children under the age of 8
* Children under 5 must be accompanied on a 1:1 basis by a swimming adult who must remain in the pool with the minor at all times regardless of swimming ability.
* Children between 8 and 15 must prove their swimming competence to the pool duty attendant prior to swimming un-accompanied in the pool and by accompanied by a responsible swimming adult who must remain in the pool complex but not necessarily in the pool.
* Non swimmers are to be accompanied by a responsible swimmer (over 18) throughout their visit in the pool complex and the responsible swimmer must remain in the pool at all times with the non-swimmer.
* For reasons of safety and for the enjoyment of all our pool users, ball games, masks, snorkels and large inflatables are not permitted in the pool.
* Do not run around the poolside as the floors may be slippery.
* Children using armbands and other swimming aids must be constantly supervised.
* Please do not run, fight, bomb, duck or behave in such a way to cause a danger to yourselves or others using the pool.
* A strict NO DIVING policy operates in the pool complex.
* No glassware poolside.

The minimum age for use of the sauna is 18 years.
No photography is allowed in the swimming pool
There is no cafe in the swimming pool area at the current time. Please visit the old forge bar when open or there are a range of cold drinks and snacks available to purchase from our park shop which is located in the main clubhouse building.
The maximum capacity of the pool is 20 guests at a time.
The pool sessions are 45 – 50 minutes.
We do not hire towels, and towels are not included, we ask you to bring your own favourite towels. If you have not got towels, they can be purchased cheaply at either Sainsburys or The Range which are a short drive from the park.
We provide a small starter pack of a small washing up liquid, tea towel, one bin liner and a dishcloth. We provide one toilet roll on arrival and additional toilet rolls can be purchased from the park shop.
We only provide a washing machine in our gold apartments, we have a laundrette onsite which is open during normal office hours.
We are sorry that the laundrette is not working.
If your shower is not working all we recommend firstly that you check it is turned on from the pull cord or switch outside the shower room and the red light comes on.
If a light, television , internet router, oven, heating, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle or toaster is not working firstly please firstly check it check it is plugged in and turned on from the wall. If this not work please check the trip fuse board that is in your unit to see if one of the circuits has tripped off. If this is the case please flick the trip switch. It is perfectly safe to do this and we hope this answers your query.
If you have no hot water please check the water heater is plugged in and switched on from the wall. If it is please check the trip switch on the fuse board. If it has tripped please switch it back on from the trip switch. It is perfectly safe to do so.
If you have a leak and it is flooding the unit please immediately locate the stop cock which is in the bathroom in a small hatch by the toilet or under the sink and turn the water off immediately.
If your wifi is not working please firstly reset the router by switching it off and back on again and this should solve most wifi connectivity issues. If this does not please call VFast on 01227 668901 or email them at support@vfast.co.uk They are open Monday-Friday 0800 – 2000 and Saturday and Sunday 0800 – 1800hrs. The estate office can not deal with technical enquiries.

Don’t panic if you have wet the bed, It is no problem whatsoever. Please just pop down to reception and they will be delighted to assist you.
When will by linen be delivers ? If you are staying more than one week, an additional linen pack or 2nd week linen pack will be delivered outside your unit for you to change your beds. We do not provide a housekeeping bed change service. After you have changed your beds please leave the dirty laundry in the bag supplied outside your unit.
