Stay in the grounds of our historic manor, overlooking Mount’s Bay and St Michael’s Mount. Choose from apartments, cottages, bungalows, barn conversions and a Grade II Listed Summer House, sleeping 2 to 8.

Bringing the dog? Pet-friendly options are available too. ASBO shouldn’t be the only one enjoying the grounds.

Our Location

We’re just outside Penzance, overlooking Mount’s Bay and St Michael’s Mount. From here it’s a short hop to St Ives, Land’s End and the Lizard, with hidden coves and beaches in between, plus family favourites like Flambards and the Eden Project.

Whatever time of year you’re here, there’s always something to explore.

Our indoor heated pool and sauna are perfect for unwinding after a day exploring, and the little ones have their own splash pool. Fancy a game? There’s tennis and a putting green, plus table tennis by the pool and a pool table in the Old Forge Bar.

When the cooking can wait, the Old Forge is right here serving pub classics. There’s a shop and launderette on site too, for the everyday bits.

What Types of Accommodation Are Available?

We have apartments, cottages, bungalows, barn conversions and our Grade II Listed Summer House, sleeping 2 to 8. All of it is self-catering, with gas and electricity included.

Is Kenegie Manor Family Friendly?

Very! There’s an indoor heated pool with a children’s splash pool, plus a sauna, tennis, a putting green and the Old Forge Bar for family dinners.

Can I Bring My Dog?

Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets and have pet-friendly accommodation available. Our large, open grounds are great for a good walk, and Long Rock Beach is nearby for a paddle.

Where Are You, and When Can I Check In

We’re in Gulval, just off the A30 and about a mile and a half from Penzance. Check-in is from 4 pm to 9:30 pm, and the Old Forge Bar opens at 3 pm if you fancy a coffee, cake or cream tea while you wait.
