Updated 31st March 2020
Please note we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and messages and are looking after guests travelling on or before Saturday 11th April 2020 and request if you are travelling outside of that period, you delay calling us to give those customers a chance to get through.
OUR OFFICE IS OPEN MONDAY – FRIDAY 1000-1600HRS
Following the latest announcement and advice from the government relating to the Coronavirus, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our park to holidaymakers from Monday 23rd March until the 16th April when we will review.
However, we think we will all need a holiday so we would be delighted to re-schedule your holiday for any arrival up to and including 30th April 2021 and arrange for a delicious cream tea to be waiting on your arrival when you make it to Cornwall, or if you are unable to rearrange your break, we will offer you a full refund.
What do I need to do now ?
a) If you have booked directly with Kenegie Manor or on this website, please email us at email@example.com with the following information.
We will then process your amendment as quickly as we can.
Please, please can you, put in the subject line :- name, date of arrival and booking number.
We would kindly ask that support the team and you reschedule your booking for later in the year or next Easter (we will have a our biggest Easter egg hunt yet !), rather than cancelling and we look forward to welcoming you.
b) If you have booked via a third party provider you will need to contact them to rearrange your holiday and will be subject to their terms and conditions of booking.
Due to the high volume of calls to the office please do not contact us if you are arriving after Saturday 11th April 2020 as we are contacting all guests in date of arrival order.
In line with Government advice we have made some necessary changes to the way we operate until 16th April 2020. At this time we have a very small team working to process cancellations and changes during the temporary closure period but as our team is reduced it will take us longer than normal to get back to our guests.
For this reason we have amended our telephone support opening hours to 10am to 4pm from Monday to Friday only (closed on Saturday and Sunday).
We are working through all bookings that are affected by the closure period and are making excellent progress. If you have not yet heard from us, you will do soon – you are not forgotton.
I am travelling after 16th April 2020 – 22nd May 2020 – what do I do ?
We have updated our booking conditions and will be delighted to help you transfer your holiday, with no administration fees.
Customers can request a change to the start date of their booking by up to 12 months.
We will transfer your holiday to your preferred new date, subject to availability. (which is very limited now for September 2020, October 2020, March 2021 and April 2021)
This amendment will be made totally free of charge, so you have the peace of mind your holiday plans are sorted and taken care of for the future.
If your holiday costs less, then you will receive a refund of the difference.
Customers are kindly requested to contact us at least 48 hours before their scheduled arrival date.
Due to the volume of amendment requests, we would ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can action your amendment and take care of you.
OUR OFFICE IS OPEN MONDAY – FRIDAY DAILY FROM 1000 – 1600HRS
